Kamala Harris: An undocumented immigrant is not a criminal. 

Bob Casey: These are God’s children — these aren’t just throwaways. 

Kamala Harris: Your immigrant status, whatever it is, does not in our mind’s eye, designate you as a criminal. 

Kamala Harris: I support our sanctuary law. 

Reporter to Harris: Abolish ICE?

Kamala Harris: We need to probably think about starting from scratch. 

Bob Casey: It is wrong to deport 11 million people. 

Kamala Harris: Deal with the problem.

We have 11 million people here who need a pathway to citizenship. 

Bob Casey: Finally fix our system so that we can give people a path to citizenship. 

Kamala Harris: I am not for a wall. 

Bob Casey: A wall should not be confused with board security. 

Kamala Harris: To suggest that we have to build a wall because there are terrorists who are trying to invade the country — it couldn’t be farther from the truth.
